In Studio Brief 1 we were asked to create a set of photo frames designs at different sizes. So with this in mind i decided to research examples where photo frames have been designed to work together as one.
| There are a number of ways you can use photo frames for. Here the frames are apart of a whole set up. This kind of set up, the designs don't even have to be in the same style/design. |
| Frames as structures. |
| Great idea. Frames used to represent period of time. Time line of their family. |
| Would be important for these designed to have the same colour frame and style. |
After looking at how frames are used a
whole. I wanted to see how else frames are used, instead of just your bog
standard flat photo frame. I came across a lot of bending photo frames
(images below). The way the frames were crafted got me thinking on how
you can use these two perspectives to show two different images.
Good use of the frame, great for tight spots. The top
frame uses two perspectives to their full potential. Both sides can either show
a different message or these kinds of frame can be used to give more depth to
the design.

| Adds more depth, instead of your basic flat image. |
| Another way you could set up your frames. |
