Studio Brief 1 - Interm Crit

The interm crit for brief 1 was completely different to any other past crits. For this crit we needed 5 mock-up ideas to present. The 5 ideas we had, we laid out on the table and wrote next to the mock-ups what questions we wanted to ask other people who would be walking around and providing feedback on my work anonymously. This form of feedback is very effective and allows people to give honest and constructive feedback without feeling pressured by verbally speaking about the work.

The feedback as a whole was extremely useful. It made me see how others truly felt & thought about my work. it was also surprising at how many mixed the opinions were about my work. It was very conflicting and showed how every designer had different styles, therefore showing an interest in a design which i felt the complete opposite for.

All the questions I decided to chose were chosen in order for me to make sure my concept & message was being effectively communicated and heading in the right direction.
