As one of the main features for the digital campaign, the input bar was introduced to allow anyone who lands on the website to write a positive message, to help spread positivity anonymously if they wished. On of the main concerns with this openness is negative messages. People might spread unwanted messages in form of bullying or spreading the idea of suicide or messages in general that are inappropriate for the campaign.
To help solve this issue, once the site goes to the developer to code up the website they will implement a filter that looks for negative words or phrases that would be blocked or deleted from showing up as all the messages will end up being shown after the albums release, so a negative message being shown could cause distress which could damage the campaigns reputation along with bad publicity. If the budget was low then someone who is involved with the campaign can pick and choose which messages to show.
