Studio Brief 2 - Game Objects CAN POST

There are many objects within the beach level that are more obvious then others but all play a key role to strengthen the games message of mocking Donald Trump with its humours but subtle approach.

Cash
The cash is an item that Trump has to collect. The user can use it to buy other items within the games store. The cash also has a connotation of Trumps wealth and how he is fascinated about how much money he can make and where he can plot his next shitty golf course.

Hair
The hair is an object that the user has to collect.

Weed plant
The marijuana plant has been scattered all over the beach to make it appear as a plant or seaweed. At closer inspection it is in fact a marijuana plant. The plant has been used to make it clear of the silly, humorous and unrealistic nature of the game. The plant can also entice other specific people who use drugs to play the game also.

Gun
The gun wasn't an item that was eventually used in the final animation of the game. The gun represents the US and Trumps fascination with gun laws and the second amendment. America and the right wing are extremely protective about their precious guns, so the gun was introduced to inform this feeling and show Trump as a gun lover which will put off Americans who are against guns.

Beach bed
Beach bed was going to be used as a part of the environment but in combination with the umbrella it became a bit overwhelming so it was decided to only keep the umbrella.

Tanning and hairspray bottle
The tanning and hairspray bottle can both be picked up by the users. As the user was already collecting the money and wigs it was decided to remove them from the game. The interface and user journey throughout the game had to have a smooth transition without too much going on and distracting the user from the actually task.
