- Is it successful?
- Does it communicate it's message?
- Would you associate the aesthetic of Bauhaus and meditation with the Max Richter sleeve?
- Is it appealing? would it stand out from other sleeves?
- Any other feedback?
As it was the final crit i didn't want to ask question where others would give me improvements and that isn't the main goal of the crit. I wanted to find out if my sleeve designs were successful in what i wanted to communicate. The feedback was very encouraging and gave me a lot of confidence, especially for the Max Richter sleeve. Some comments were as follows:
"very well executed. Yes, I can definitely see the Bauhaus style coming through."
"good job jack! It took me a while but i eventually knew what was going on (Tame Impala). Yes I can see the link between the balancing stones and the one you've created"
"Maybe turn the opacity down on the gradient? but other then that It's very, very nice.
It would stand out in my opinion and it would be a sleeve that i would buy!"
"I don't know a lot about the aesthetics of Bauhaus but I can see how you've Incorporated the meditation aspect into the design"
"I really like the Tame Impala sleeve! It's humour really makes the sleeve come to life. Also really like the style of handwriting"
